CONGRATULATIONS BLACK BELTS

A Black Belt Test and Promotion was held at Gym Fit on April 11. The test was held by Professor Rocky DiRico and a distinctive panel - Shihan Mike Woods, Shihan Wendy DiRico, Sensei Kevin Bryant, Miss Paulina Brunelle, Miss Sage Wagner and Mr. Tom Dennis.
It was an exciting and intense test and all the candidates for Shodan, Nidan, Sandan (GymFit students from 10 to 17 years) passed with flying colors. CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE.
